Product is shipped by a ground carrier (Fed-Ex), and may arrive in one or more boxes. Customer is responsible for unpacking shipment, disposing of packing materials and inspecting for damage.  Contact must be made to lightgardendecor.com within 48 hours if item is damaged or missing parts.  Proof of damage may be necessary, and customer may need to photograph damage.
